Aminata is a Civil Society and Community mobilizer with experience in Public and Private sector partnerships building, advocacy, human capital development, women and girls empowerment activities. She has initiated, implemented, supervised and managed multi-sectoral projects. Aminata spots, develops and celebrates young trailblazers across Africa with The Ignition Hour program. Aminata contributes to advocacy, policy and program design on improving opportunities for youth across the continent with the Pan-African. She is an excellent communicator with great interpersonal skills which she has efficiently implemented locally and internationally. She has great ability in functioning in multicultural contexts, developing teams and leading them to excellent delivery. Aminata has an extensive experience and expertise in building entrepreneur ecosystems, ventures and in Investor readiness programs.

Tafadzwa chiganga (Taphie) is a highly dynamic empath, driven to bring about social transformation in Africa through working with high-impact socially responsible enterprises to create lasting job opportunities and economic growth. Taphie is a private sector development expert with exceptional skills in strategy development and problem solving. While Taphie is a seasoned c-suite executive, she is respected in the Sierra Leonean entrepreneur ecosystem for her resilient efforts in supporting the development of local businesses solving local problems.

Mwambura Ismail Amani is a Grants writer at Craving 4 Development and Muzambiringa SL, Management Consultant in the Development Consulting Services service line. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Computing from Makerere University and Certificates in Mckinsey and Company Forward learning program, Computer Applications, and Designing and Implementing Monitoring and Evaluation Systems that have enhanced his skills and knowledge. He is currently pursuing a Post Graduate Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation at the Uganda Management Institute, which will further equip him with the expertise and confidence to handle complex tasks. Amani has extensive experience in the M&E department, where he has successfully delivered projects for various clients across different sectors. As a Monitoring and Evaluation professional, he aims to contribute and learn from Cloneshouse.

He has a proven track record of managing and implementing programs that foster Entrepreneurship, Build Capacity, and Promote Sustainable Economic Growth in diverse sectors. Abdul Aziz excels in developing strategic partnerships, leading cross-functional teams, and designing innovative solutions that enhance business operations and market access for rural and urban enterprises. His expertise in resource management, stakeholder engagement, and program evaluation has consistently delivered successful outcomes for donor-funded projects and community-based initiatives. With a deep understanding of Sierra Leone's local business landscape, Abdul Aziz is committed to empowering businesses and communities, promoting financial inclusion, and facilitating economic transformation.

Baigha Bai Conteh is a trustworthy accountant with over 15 years in Financial Statement preparation and general ledger activities. Over the years, I have worked with various organizations, helping them optimize their financial operations, implement accounting systems, and improve overall financial health. As a Finance Consultant with Muzambiringa and Craving4Development, I am responsible for advising clients on financial matters, implementing accounting software, staff training and developing strategies for financial growth.

I am Usubella Jalloh, currently working for Craving for Development-Muzambiringa as Finance Officer/Trainer. I have a BSC qualifications in Accounting and Finance from The American International University (The Gambia), an Academic Professional Skills Certificate from Grow Salone and a Master Training Certificate from African Cashew Alliance as a Master Trainer. I have had the opportunity to work with different organizations in the past such as The Ministry of Finance Accountant General’s Department (The Gambia), Assaraya Atlantic Hotel (The Gambia), and SAMU Minerals SL LTD.

I am Wurie Barrie, currently working for Craving for Development-Muzambiringa as Finance-Admin/Procurement Officer. Throughout my career I have showcased strong team work and analytical skills in finance, logistics and procurement. I am currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Buisness Administration at the Institute of Public Administration and Management (IPAM-USL).

Sarah Birungi is a driven and compassionate professional with a passion for business, humanitarianism, and real estate. Her academic background in Business Administration majoring in Accounting and her current pursuit of a Postgraduate Diploma in Management from Uganda Management Institute and the Mckinsey Forward Learners Program have laid a solid foundation for her career. With experience in executive assisting at Mudupay and Muzambiringa, Sarah has developed strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Her involvement in Rotaract and her experience managing Airbnb properties showcase her commitment to making a difference and her entrepreneurial spirit. Sarah is dedicated to continuous learning and growth and is seeking opportunities to contribute her skills and passion to dynamic and innovative projects. I serve as an Executive Assistant in Muzambiringa, mostly assisting with HR work.

I am Agnès Maato Durah a Business Development Officer working at Craving for Development and Muzambiringa. I am a professional mass communication graduate from Fourah Bay College, with BA Honors in Mass Communication, University of Sierra Leone and certificate of Business Development and Entrepreneurship skills.I have wealth of experience in the field of journalism, communication, research, and entrepreneurship skills working for various institutions such as BBC Media Action, Cotton Tree News/ Radio Mount Aureole, Initiatives for Media Development, Institute of Development and Humanitarian Assistance, UNDP and UNCDF. I have an incredible enthusiasm to work as member of a team with good entrepreneurship skills, presentation skills, research skills, training skills, coaching skills, mentoring skills and coordination skills.

Edna Esther Sesay is the Executive Assistant to the CEO of C4D. Her passion to render quality service made me pursue a career in customer relationship & marketing. Edna’s first employment opportunity was to work as a customer care representative and moving forward has experienced professional growth in that field. She is currently pursuing a BSC in Digital media and marketing & has a diploma in Customer Service (Alıson). One of her hobbies is creating content and surfing the Internet and as such picked up a skill in social media marketing to showcase her creative side. Her recent employment was as a Customer care Representative at Easy Solar Sierra Leone, Responsible for making on-going calls and receiving incoming calls from clients, Handling queries and enquiries. She was also a Social media manager at Kolat Media, Customer service officer at Zenith bank, The Gambia and a Data entry clerk at the Medical research council unit.

I am Ahmadu Tamba Lebbie, currently working for Craving for Development-Muzambiringa as Project Coordinator/Trainer. Throughout my career I have showcased strong team work and analytical skills in research, project management, finance and Sales, entrepreneurship, mentorship, coaching, and training. I have several qualifications and trainings including a Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB-Hons) from the University of Makeni, Bachelor of Social Science degree from Fourah Bay College-University of Sierra Leone, and currently pursuing a Master’s of Science Degree in Entrepreneurship and Innovation (Business Administration-Sales and Marketing). Additionally, Certificates in Human Resources Management in Oil and Gas, resource Mobilization, Monitoring and Evaluation, Research, Project management and Administration, Sales and Finance.
